What it is

Not a watered-down companion — the real thing

Most agency management mobile apps are afterthoughts — limited views with half the features missing. Insurstein's mobile app is a full-featured client built from the ground up with 32 screens that mirror every module in the desktop experience. Producers, CSRs, and agency owners get the same data, the same capabilities, and real-time sync — whether they're in the office, at a client site, or on the road.

Every Module, Every Screen

From the dashboard and sales pipeline to claims, communications, and AI tools — every feature available on desktop is accessible on mobile. View client details, manage tasks, update pipeline stages, send messages, and review analytics without returning to your desk.

Secure & Offline-Ready

Biometric authentication (Face ID and fingerprint) keeps your agency data protected. A 24-hour query cache means you can access recently viewed client records and policies even without cell service — perfect for rural client visits or areas with poor connectivity.

Core capabilities

Six ways it works for you

1

32 Full-Featured Screens

Every desktop module is represented in the mobile app with purpose-built mobile interfaces.

The mobile app includes dedicated screens for the dashboard, client list and details, policy viewer, sales pipeline, task manager, claims, communications, documents, billing, reports, and settings. Each screen is designed for touch interaction with swipe gestures, pull-to-refresh, and mobile-optimized layouts.

2

Biometric Authentication

Log in with Face ID or fingerprint — fast, secure, and no password to type on a small screen.

The app supports native biometric authentication on both iOS and Android. After initial setup, producers can unlock the app with a glance or a touch. Session tokens are stored securely in the device keychain, and biometric auth can be required for every launch or after a configurable timeout period.

3

Push Notifications

Get instant alerts for tasks due, renewal reminders, team mentions, and new client activity.

Push notifications keep your team informed in real time. Configure which events trigger notifications — task assignments, approaching due dates, pipeline stage changes, new inbound messages, or team mentions. Each notification deep-links to the relevant screen in the app for immediate action.

4

Offline Access with 24-Hour Cache

View recently accessed records even without internet — sync automatically when connectivity returns.

The app maintains a local cache of recently accessed client records, policies, and tasks for up to 24 hours. When a producer is visiting a client in an area with poor connectivity, they can still pull up the information they need. Changes made offline queue locally and sync automatically when the device reconnects.

5

Real-Time Data Sync

Changes made on mobile appear on desktop instantly, and vice versa — one source of truth.

The mobile app maintains a persistent connection to Insurstein's backend. When a CSR updates a policy on desktop, the producer sees it on mobile immediately. When a producer completes a task in the field, the dashboard updates in real time. There's no sync delay and no version conflicts.

6

Mobile-Optimized Quick Actions

Floating action button gives one-tap access to the most common field tasks.

A floating action button provides instant access to frequently used actions: create a task, add a note, log a call, send a quick SMS, or start a new prospect. These shortcuts are designed for producers who need to capture information quickly between client meetings without navigating through multiple menus.

What they don't do

Gaps in the tools you're using today

Logging Into Desktop Remotely

Stop using clunky remote desktop apps to access your AMS from the field — use a purpose-built mobile experience instead.

Calling the Office for Info

Producers no longer need to call CSRs to look up a policy number, coverage limit, or client phone number while they're on the road.

Notepad Apps for Field Notes

Replace disconnected note-taking apps with in-app notes that attach directly to the client record and sync immediately.

Delayed Data Entry

Eliminate the backlog of updates that pile up when producers return to the office after a day of client visits.

Text Message Workarounds

Stop texting coworkers for client info — look it up yourself in the app, instantly, with the same data your office team sees.

Printed Client Sheets

Retire the practice of printing client summaries before heading out for the day. Everything is in the app.

What it takes off your plate

Everything it handles for you

Automatic Session Management

Biometric login and secure session tokens mean producers never struggle with passwords on small screens.

Notification Routing

Delivers push notifications to the right device based on user preferences and active sessions.

Offline Queue Management

Queues changes made without connectivity and syncs them in the correct order when the device reconnects.

Cross-Platform Parity

Maintains feature parity between iOS and Android so every team member has the same experience regardless of device.

Background Data Refresh

Periodically refreshes cached data in the background so records are current when you open the app.

Deep Link Navigation

Push notifications and shared links open directly to the relevant screen and record — no manual navigation required.

A day in the life

How your morning changes

7:00 AM

Morning Notification Check

Before leaving for client visits, check push notifications — two tasks due today, one renewal reminder, and a new prospect assigned to your pipeline. Review each with a tap.

9:30 AM

Client Meeting Prep

Sitting in the parking lot before a meeting, pull up the client's full profile: active policies, recent claims, last communication, and open tasks. Walk in fully prepared.

11:45 AM

Post-Meeting Note Capture

After the meeting, use Quick Actions to add notes, create a follow-up task, and move the prospect to the next pipeline stage — all before starting the car.

2:00 PM

Offline Access in Rural Area

Visiting a farm client with no cell service. Pull up their policy details from the 24-hour cache, review coverages, and discuss their renewal needs face-to-face.

5:15 PM

Drive-Home Sync

As you drive back into town, the app syncs your offline changes — 3 notes added, 2 tasks completed, 1 pipeline update. Your office team sees everything instantly.
